About the Photographer
Yet, somehow those long days turned into ever-so-short years, and it hit me. I was forgetting. Was the lack of sleep causing my memory to fail me? Were the constant interruptions of the day preventing me from recording these moments I so desperately wanted to hold on to?
That's when I pulled out some baby photos, and I felt a sigh of relief. The feelings I felt in those moments were not lost. I just needed a little help bringing them back. That is when I became a mom on a mission.
My mission? To help you create and preserve precious memories - because you are going to want to remember this.
It's the biggest lie I told myself as a mother. "You'll remember this forever." I mean, how could I not? His soft, pudgy cheeks and dimpled knuckles. The twinkle in his eyes. The way his warm little body tucked right up against my chest. All of the moments that make you pause and say,
"I didn't know I could love this much."
Lindsay is a stay-at-home mom, photographer, and former elementary teacher. She lives in Miller, SD with her husband and two sons.
In addition to photography, Lindsay enjoys music, gardening, and spending time outdoors with family. When she isn't photographing clients or her own family, she also likes to capture the natural beauty of her home state of South Dakota. Lindsay's images have been awarded Director's Choice and People's Choice in SDPB's Picture South Dakota photo contest.
Lindsay Palmer Photography, LLC is a boutique photography studio located in Miller, SD specializing in fine art newborn baby, maternity, child, senior, and family portraiture. Lindsay serves clients from Miller, Huron, Pierre, and the surrounding communities of central South Dakota.
